About the Project
The main objective of this project is to increase milk yielding, animal health, Genetic improvement and quality of milk so that it will help farmers to increase their income and generate quality breed of animals. The plan under this concept is to have a contract with exisiting dairy companies and create a databse of the farmers and farms who are supplying milk to the dairy with the help of technology as I have a technology partner company who developed an ERP for this kind of services. by generating different types of reports and analysis of the reports to be done and timely advises to the veterenarians/AI workers to take prompt action and educating farmers to create awareness on all aspects of animal maintenace by SMS, Calls. Also by generating MIS and submitting analysis reports on various aspects of the business to dairy companies, they will get hands on information and can take the actions according to the reports. Overall, by this services the target is to increase milk production by increasing quality milk yield from the animals. Also one important thing is that this BPO concept is to setup in semi-urban/Rural areas so that we can generate employment in rural areas.
