Head Held High – A social movement towards transforming rural poverty.

About the Project

"Four years ago, I couldn't write my own name in any language! Today, I am on national TV and work as a team leader in a BPO!" said Ramesh, at Real Heroes awards function ceremony.

Head Held High movement started in 2007 when eight villagers with little or no education went through an intense training program and becoming 'BPO employees" in eight months. The intention of Head Held High is to empower villagers to be employable and enable them to live a life of dignity.
